Audrey Brokish, Mezzo-Soprano
Audrey Brokish is a Mezzo Soprano from Cleveland, TN. She recently completed her undergraduate degree in Vocal Performance from Lee University and is currently pursuing her Master of Music Degree in Vocal Performance. She has recently placed 4th in the Grace Moore Scholarship Competition and 3rd in the Tennessee Cleveland Orchestra Concerto/Aria Competition. She will be attending a 3 week opera training through the International Performing Arts Institute (IPAI) in Kiefersfelden, Germany during July 2022. She has appeared in recent roles such as Baba from Mennotti’s The Medium, The Witch in Humperdinck’s Hänsel und Gretel, Maurya in Vaughn William’s Riders to the Sea and Dryad in Strauss’ Ariadne auf Naxos. She has also appeared in partial roles as Marcellina from Mozart’s Le Nozze di Figaro and The Ballad of Baby Doe’s Mama McCourt.
